Bittele's PCB assembly service boasts quick-turn capability

Prototype and low volume printed circuit board assembly specialist Bittele Electronics recently improved its PCB Assembly Service by adding Quick-Turn capabilities to ensure the fast turnaround and delivery of assembled PCBs. By adding Quick-Turn capabilities, it can manufacture and assemble one PCB in as little time as one day.

Bittele Electronics offers three types of quick-turn PCB Assembly Services that include Quick-Turn capabilities: a comprehensive prototype assembly( for Complex circuit designs with lead times of 1, 2, 5, or 10 days and is ideal with quantities up to 25), a basic prototype assembly (for basic circuit designs with lead times of 10 days and is ideal for quantities up to 50) and a low-volume assembly(for fully assembled PCBs with lead times of 10, 15 or 20 days and is ideal for quantities of 100 to 1,250).

The company's electronics manufacturing services include both partial and full turn-key PCB assembly services. The full turn-key assembly service includes all parts procurement, online order tracking, circuit board fabrication, quality inspections, and final assembly. The partial turn-key PCB assembly service allows the customer to supply the PCBs and a partial list of parts, while Bittele procures the remaining parts and performs the PCB assembly according to the customer's requirements. The manufacturing processes are quality-controlled and ISO9001-certified. All PCBs are produced in compliance with the IPC-A600 and IPC-A610 Acceptability of Printed Boards standards.
