Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through production ramp.

Makes significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation vectors and drive complex test equipment. Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions.
Tests, validates, modifies and re-designs circuits to guarantee component margin to specification.
Analyses and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability with specific emphasis on yield analysis and bin split capability.
Analyses early customer returns with emphasis on driving test hole closure activities.
Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints.
Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.


MDO experience and knowledge of MDO systems and processes will be considered a plus factor when evaluating candidates for this position. The Digital test content is looking for motivated engineers to join the team to work in the highly challenging environment of product development across Intel's product families. The product development engineers in this team work to support architecture definitions of SCAN DFT implementations, verification and validation. They are responsible for ATPG test content development and validation with teams worldwide. This team is responsible to maintain Intel's design and manufacturing quality of baseline product to the external world.

This engineering team is specifically responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of the structural content from architectural design through to production ramp and high volume manufacturing.
