The management of Harting Hongkong Branch is very politic. They hide the information to Harting headquarter, press the employee which they do not like to resign and leave the company, or fire the employee without mistake. Therefore, Harting Hongkong has a very bad repute in China, it also affect Harting Shanghai Co. Many people they ask to interview have refused to join Harting Co..
