Kyzen said its new packaging cleaning agent could remove flux residue from flip chip and low clearance components. As one of the world leaders in cleaning chemistries, Kyzen is expected to deliver a solution that is biodegradable, nonhazardous and compatible with all materials used in electronics assembly.
