We are looking for experienced product development engineers, who have experience with test vector processing and validation (TVPV), especially for the CMT/HDMT tester platform.
The ideal candidate should understand RTL traces in different formats (WGL, STIL, VCD), the flow of converting the traces to tester pattern using tools/capabilities such as state equations, PRISM, stil2cmt etc and finally validation of the ATE patterns against the RTL traces. The candidate will work with foundry customers to understand and translate their traces into high-quality, validated ATE patterns through automation.

MS with three years, or BS with five years of experience in PDE (product development engineering) domain, with exposure to TVPV function. Strong, demonstrated understanding of C++, Python or Perl, and development experience on Linux. Knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) principles, ATE architecture, test-program development and debug, version control and software development life cycle.
