Who wrote this? And why is it on EE Times? It seems like something that should be on a message board. Some of the word choices are icky: "What's up with these pussies?" and "Naked ambition looks good on a woman." Really??

I also found the writing style a bit disturbing in the same spots. And I agree that this is not the kind of article I would expect to read here, maybe it would be more appropriate and useful in a career or HR forum or blog. Sure, your mileage can vary. :)
