Can Sony's drones improve supply chain practices?

Sony announced that a working drone prototype developed by Aerosense is ready for commercial use. Sony expects the craft will generate sales for commercial applications of over $80 million by 2020.

For courier applications, there has to be proper drone-flight rules and regulations that companies have to adhere to, such as:
(1) have a designated drone-only flight freeways that all drone operators have to follow (much like the designated flight routes that commercial planes have to follow);
(2)have a unique drone identifier to all drones communicable via transceivers, that authorities are able to quickly identify and hence determine the owners. This would potentially quickly mitigate problems of drones used for crime (e.g. surveillance of security installations, peeping into peoples' homes, etc); or even finding a lost courier drone...
(3) have all buyers of drones register their identification prior to purchase, so as to enable the authorities to compile identify easily which drone belongs to who - much like the need for registration of SIM-card buyers.
