The cPCI-T series transition guides are designed specifically for CompactPCI applications and are fully compliant with IEEE 1101.10 and PICMG 2.16 CompactPCI specifications.

Offering OEMs increased packaging flexibility, the guides meet the requirements for a wide variety of CompactPCI applications including those for the electronic enclosure, single board computer, computer peripheral, datacom/telecom, industrial control, security, and test and measurement markets.

When utilizing industry-standard extrusions, the design allows for fast, economical and easy snap-in mounting without the need for special tooling or fixtures. Manufactured from UL 94V-0-rated ABS material for rigidity and strength, the guides offer an economical solution to meet the needs of demanding rack-mount installations. They are designed to support rear I/O, as well as modified architectures, and are compliant with designs using CompactPCI form factors.

Available in red or white colors for easy identification of systems slot, the cPCI-T guides can be ordered with or without optional ESD grounding clips. They are also compatible with hot-swap architectures. They likewise come standard with blind holes for additional self-tapping mounting screws to be used in high shock or vibration environments.
