Based on a 16-bit RISC microcontroller, the ZMD31020 differential sensor signal conditioner is geared for sensors with a differential output signal such as the Wheatstone-bridge type.

The chip has a minimum pressure signal input of 20mV/V and features 12-bit ratiometric conversion. It also has a second order pressure correction algorithm based on up to seven calibration constants and 11-bit DAC-based outputs.

The ZMD31020 operates on 4.5Vdc to 5.5Vdc rated for a temperature range of -400C to 1250C. It is available in SSOP14 with a width of 5.2mm or as dice.
