Sealake SLA battery delivers low self-discharge rate

The FM6100A sealed lead-acid (SLA) battery is manufactured with cathode absorbents that prevent the quick evaporation of battery fluid. The battery carries UL and CE certification, and features dimensions of 150-by-50-by-95mm and weight of about 2kg.

It provides very low self-discharge rate, high stability and long life expectancy. It is suitable for marine equipment, medical instruments, communication equipment, telecommunication systems, electronic test equipment, vending machines and office equipment, among other applications.

The SLA battery features a 6V nominal voltage and a 10Ah nominal capacity at a 20h rate. Control voltage ranges from 7.25V to 7.4V and initial current is <3A. Self-discharge is rated at 90 percent of capacity after 3 months, 81 percent, after 6 months and 62 percent, after 1 year.
