Integrated with a mobile Pentium-III processor, the CT8 CompactPCI single-board computer (SBC) supports full hot-swap capability and non-system slot functionality. The integrated 800MHz or higher Pentium processor also offers lower power consumption and eliminates the need for onboard ventilation.

The CT8 is designed for use in a wide range of applications such as wireless and VoP networks, enterprise devices, medical imaging, printing, command and control, and high-performance test and measurement systems.

The 6U device supports the 64-bit/66MHz CPCI bus, and features two onboard gigabit Ethernet channels and up to 2GB SDRAM (133MHz) with ECC. It also integrates VGA/TFT, serial or parallel interfaces, hard disk or Flash drive, CompactFlash and an intelligent platform management interface controller.

The CT8 is PICMG 2.16-compliant, and is available for the extended temperature range of -400C to 500C.

For a standard configuration, the CT8 is priced at $3,500.
