AMS extends multi project wafer services

austriamicrosystems AG has extended multi project wafer (MPW) services in its 200mm waferfab in Unterpremstaetten, Austria. According to the company, the austriamicrosystems Business Unit Full Service Foundry offers extended MPW services for 0.355m and 0.85m CMOS, BiCMOS and SiGe-BiCMOS processes. This year, the company claims its MPW service has been increased to 31 start dates for mixed signal, high voltage and RF applications.

The foundry also offers analog process characterization, design kits with high precision simulation models, analog and digital libraries, design and layout support, prototyping and full backend capabilities.
