Taiyo Yuden chip inductor provides 0.3mm pitch

With a pitch of 0.3mm, the LQ-LBH series of wirewound chip inductors provide OEMs a higher mounting density, high Q value, and non-directional surface-mountability.

Comprised of 20 models in EIA 0603 case sizes, the inductors are designed to reduce EMI in cell phone antenna unit matching circuits, VCC circuits, and high-frequency WLAN devices and modules.

The series have a typical Q value of 12 to 18 at 100MHz, 44 at 800MHz, 46 at 1.5GHz, and 36 at 2GHz.

The inductors have 100 percent silver wire-wound internal conductors and are available in inductance values from 2.7nH to 100nH, with current ratings of 200mA to 1A. The series also offers a DC resistance of 0.03 ohm to 1 ohm and an operating temperature range of -25°C to 85°C.

The LQ-LBH inductors are priced at 8.5 cents each and packaged in tape-and-reel configurations of 4,000 units.
