USTC Lab fuel cell passes Anhui government appraisal

The solid-oxide fuel cell (SOFC) of USTC Lab for Solid State Chemical & Inorganic Membrane has passed the product appraisal of the Anhui, China, government.

The company employed a ceramic membrane process to manufacture the fuel cell. USTC Lab has applied 11 international patents for the product and has already received four patents.

Meng Guangyao, supervisor of the SOFC research, claims that the product is efficient and environmental friendly, and can be used as a standby power supply in different applications.
