The MAX4361 and MAX4362 ADSL drivers, and MAX4363 ADSL driver/receiver produce an output current of 280mA (min.) and deliver up to 12.5dBm average line power for DMT-modulated signals, enabling the device to meet the requirements for full-rate ADSL. SFDR at 100kHz is a low -76dBc.

Suitable for the upstream transmit path and the downstream receive path of ATU-R CPE applications, the devices have rail-to-rail outputs and operate from a single 5V supply. The drivers are rated for operation over the temperature range of -40C to 85C.

The MAX4361 fixed-gain ADSL driver is available in an 8-pin 5MAX or SO package. The MAX4362 externally set gain ADSL driver with shutdown is available in a 10-pin 5MAX or 14-pin SO packages. The MAX4363 ADSL driver/receiver is available in a 20-pin TSSOP or SO packages.

Pricing for the MAX4361 starts at $1.50 for 1,000 units and up.
