Designed to sense motion, acceleration, or tilt, the company's Ultra Low Noise product line of dual-axis accelerometers feature a noise factor 2.5 to 3 times lesser compared to existing products, as well as temperature drift improvement of 50 percent.
The thermal accelerators measure dynamic acceleration (e.g. vibration) and static acceleration (e.g. gravity), and are suitable for use in automotive, security, office and consumer electronics, and gaming applications.
Manufactured using MEMS technology and submicron CMOS process, the devices have no moving parts and feature a 40 percent reduction in initial offset error. The CMOS structure also allows additional circuitry to be incorporated into custom versions for high volume applications. |
