The PEC11 12mm digital incremental encoder is targeted as an alternative for rotary potentiometers and optical-type encoders, and is suitable for use in audio applications such as mixing consoles, outboard equipment, and amplifiers.

The component can also be sued for automotive applications such as climate controls, and sound and navigation systems, as well as test and measurement equipment.

The PEC11 is available in 12, 18, and 24 pulses per revolution, as well as shaft lengths of 15, 20, 25, and 30mm. It is also offered in a switch and non-switch version.

The PEC11 is priced at 68 cents for the switch version, and 67 cents for the non-switch version, both in quantities of 500.
