Belden Inc.'s new line of 50-ohm RF coaxial cables feature gas-injected foamed high-density polyethylene insulation and the company's DuoBond II+ 95 percent tinned copper braid shield with water-blocking gel, making them suitable for outdoor use in excessively wet environments.

The cables are polyethylene jacketed and fully-sweep tested to 6GHz to assure performance in high-frequency applications such as wireless network and broadcast purposes.

The water-blocked cables feature a rugged but flexible construction and also offer EMI/RFI shielding, as well as high levels of phase stability relative to both temperature and flexing conditions. The cables are available in standard lengths of 152m and 305m.
