The TLA7Axx series of SiGe logic analyzer from Tektronix Inc. performs analog and digital measurements through a single, connectorless probe, eliminating the need to install multiple permanent connectors on circuit boards to probe the system.

The logic analyzer offers 8GHz (125ps) timing simultaneous with state acquisitions from 120MHz up to 800MHz clock rate, at a data rate of up to 1.25Gbps.It also features up to 2GHz deep timing and is available in 34-, 68-, 102-, and 136-channel configurations. The use of merged modules allow up to 680 channels to be achieved on a single time base.

Also, the connectorless probing system offers 0.7pF total capacitance, thereby increasing the quality of signals.

The analyzer can be used with the P6860 high-density probe for single-ended signals and the P6880 high-density probe for differential signals eliminate multiple connections to the system under test, saving setup time and eliminating the connection of separate logic analyzer and oscilloscope probes to the same test point.

It also accepts the P6810 general-purpose probe for both single-ended and differential signals and is compatible with conventional connectors.
