LogicVision selects AMOS as a major distributor in Israel

LogicVision Inc. has named AMOS Technologies Ltd as its major products distributor in Israel. The contract allows AMOS to sell LogicVision's Embedded Test 4.0 product line, which includes Logic BIST, IC memory BIST, chip test assemble, embedded logic test, core test, PL0L BIST, IC debug, at-speed interconnect test, external memory test and programmable memory BIST, throughout the region.

LogicVision aims to expand its sales and customer services on a regional basis to allow faster and broader deployment of its embedded test solutions. The company's embedded test is a comprehensive IP test solution addressing chip design, chip manufacturing, system level testing, and diagnosis of final end-user products.
