The ENMods filter module from Vicor Corp. combines the MiniHAM passive harmonic current attenuation module and the FARM3 ac/dc front-end module, as well as additional filtering and holdup component to provide full compliance to EN harmonic current and EMI standards.

The module enables full compliance to the EN6100-3-2 (amendment 14 harmonic current content limits), EN55022 (level B EMI limits), and EN6100-4-5 (input surge withstand) specifications.

Claimed to be the first passive product specifically designed for EN compliance, the MiniHAM generates no EMI, thus simplifying circuit design and reducing system noise filtering requirements.

The MiniHAM provides harmonic current compliance at up to 600W of input power, and is intended to operate on the dc bus provided by the FARM3, rather than directly on the ac line. The FARM3 supports an input of 115Vac and 230Vac.

The ENMods is priced <$90 each and is available in a mini half-brick package.
