The 110,000-pixel microcamera module offers a built-in lens and a CIF-compatible CMOS sensor that consumes 30mW (15fps), making it suitable for integration in mobile phones and PDAs.
The 7.8-by-6.98-by3.95mm is shipped in the company's proprietary bump-chip carrier packaging and also features an RGB filter, AGC, auto white-balance, auto flicker cancellation, variable scan direction, and gamma correction.
The 9MHz sensor operates from a 2.8V source and can be controlled via an I2C interface. The built-in plastic lens has an aperture of f2.6 and a 600C filed of view. |
