ISSI rolls 64Mb SDRAM

Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. has introduced the IS42S32200A 64Mb SDRAM that operates at clock speeds of up to 200MHz and provides designers with a wide I/O bus needed for mobile communication, digital consumer, automotive, networking, and telecom applications.

Manufactured using a 0.185m process, the 2Mword-by-32 bit device operates from a single 3.3V supply and is also available in 143MHz and 166MHz speeds.

It features programmable CAS latency and programmable burst lengths, auto and controlled precharge, auto and self-refresh modes, burst termination by burst top and precharge command.

The IS42S32200A is priced at $3.95 (10,000-unit quantities) and is shipped in an 86-pin TSOP-II JEDEC package.
