Linear Tech op amps produce 1.9nV/sqrt-Hz noise

The LT6203 dual and LT6204 quad rail-to-rail I/O, unity-gain stable operational amplifiers feature a noise voltage of 1.9nV/sqrt-Hz (100kHz) while drawing 2.5mA, making them suitable for use in active filters, DSL receivers, and driving ADCs, as well as in low noise, low power signal processing.

The amplifiers also feature a 100MHz gain bandwidth product and are able to operate from a single or split supply from 2.5V to 12V. They also feature a slew rate of 25V/5s, CMRR of 90dB, and a harmonic distortion of <-80dBc (1MHz).

The LT6203 is available in both SO-8 and MSOP 8-lead packages, while the LT6204 comes in either SO-14 and SSOP-16 packages. Both devices are offered in 00C to 700C and -400C to 850C temperature ranges.
