Shenzhen Shengxin polypropylene film capacitors suit PFC apps

The CBB6 series metalized polypropylene film capacitors from Shenzhen Shengxin Capacitor Co. Ltd feature a non-inductive construction, good self-healing properties, high-current resistance, high insulation resistance, low dissipation factor and high stability.

Suitable for power-factor correction (PFC) applications, the devices are manufactured with an epoxy-resin sealed plastic casing. They can be employed in air-conditioning units, single-phase ac motors, electric fans, transformers and lighting fixtures.

Capacitance values range from 15F to 145F at 250Vac, 15F to 125F at 350Vac, and 15F to 55F at 450Vac, all with capacitance tolerances of 15 percent, 110 percent and 120 percent. Maximum dissipation factor is specified at 0.001. Insulation resistance is 15 gigaohms (min.) when capacitance is <0.335F or 5 gigaohms (min.) when capacitance is >0.335F.

The capacitors feature packages measuring 32-by-10-by-17mm to 38-by-25-38mm.
