In addition, Flextronics Semiconductor has become a member of the ARM ATAP technology access program. Under the ATAP agreement, Flextronics ASIC design centers located in Colorado and Tennessee in the U.S. are certified by ARM to provide complete design services for OEM customers.

"ARM's technology will add to our existing IP portfolio and further enable Flextronics to offer customers additional SoC capabilities," said Ron Snyder, president of Flextronics Semiconductor. "Our global network of design centers is experienced and very capable of highly-complex SoC integration."
