Yamato develops lead-free reflow oven

Yamato Works Co. Ltd has developed the ARY-540S-7Z lead-free air reflow oven that features seven heating zonesthree more than conventional modelsand two cooling zones.

The 4.77-by-1.4m device includes the N2 panel that integrates flow meters, pressure regulator and gauge, and an oxygen density sensor. It also has touchscreen panel to monitor and control the operation and "remember" up to 32 reflow condition patterns.
