Company chairman Jimmy Huang says the merged company will have a workforce of 160 employees, including 100 IC designers. "These designers will focus on RF, baseband, and systems design," he said.

The combined capitalization of the new company is estimated at NT$890 million ($26.73 million at $1:NT$33.30). It will have major four product lines, including wireless telecom, wireless consumer, wireless information ICs as well as LCD driver ICs.
