The RNC90Z "R" level military-approved resistor from Vishay Intertechnology Inc. is qualified to the MIL-PRF-55182/9 standard and is designed to provide increased accuracy for fixed resistor analog applications including feedback, gain setting, voltage division, and current sensing in military aircraft and missile guidance systems.

Built on Vishay's Bulk Metal foil technology, the device is an equally priced alternative to the company's RNC90Y device but has a TCR of 12ppm over an extended temperature range of -550C to 1750C.

The device is available with resistance values from 100 ohms to 50 kiloohms, has a maximum working voltage of 300V, and dimensions of 2.67-by-7.62-by-8.28mm.
