Accelink opto-receivers meet ITU-TG.692 standards

Suitable for integration into DWDM systems, the PEM-SR optical monitoring receiver module from Accelink Technologies Co. Ltd meets the ITU-TG.692 recommendation and monitors wavelength from 1,200nm to 1,600nm with -50dBm maximum sensitivity.

The 50-by-40-by-11mm device has a TTL bias interface and provides data regeneration, as well as selectable clock pick-up function. It has a signal rate of 4.096Mbps and operates from a 5Vdc source, while dissipating 2W. Further, the PEM-SR is rated for operation over 00C to 650C temperature range.
