The W935xx series of World Digital Cordless Telephone System (WDCT) baseband ICs from Winbond Electronics Corp. uses the TDMA approach to feature 24 slots per channel and support up to 12 handsets and one basestation.

The IC is also able to execute communication commands for keypad, LCD control, and other functions. For handsets, intercom, conference calling, or multiline analog and ISDN functions, the chip is designed with three channels ADPCM and a PCM mixer.

In addition, the chip's 8-bit ADC also features RSSI detection and handset battery capacity detection functions.

The W935xx chip operates over 2.4GHz for the WDCT system and can function over 1.9GHz for the Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunication system.
