The integrated shutdown feature is also claimed to save board space and about 10 cents worth of external components.
Available in a 1-by-1.5mm UCSP casing, the LNA provides 17dB gain, 2.1dB NF, and 0dBm input IP3 at 5.2GHz while consuming only 12.5mA. The high-gain, low-noise, and high linearity performance make it flexible for use as a first- or second-stage LNA, an LO buffer, or a transmitter driver amplifier.
Manufactured on an advanced SiGe process, the device also has an integrated active bias network that saves one transistor and three passive components, while maintaining stable RF performance over supply and temperature variations. |
