The C series of laser diodes from Shanxi Huake Optoelectronics Co. Ltd operates from a 3V or 5V supply and draws a maximum current of 50mA over the -100C to 400C temperature range. The company claims that the diodes offer high efficiency, low astigmatism, and a sector angle of 450 or 1000.

The CB model has a wavelength of 635nm, beam divergence of 0.3mrad, 3mW output, and comes in a 12(x)-by-34mm package. The CC model operates at 650nm, has a 0.4mrad beam divergence, 3.5mW output, and is available in a 14(x)-by-60mm package. Operating at 670nm wavelength, the CD model delivers 2.2mW output, 0.5mrad beam divergence, and has dimensions of 20(x)-by-80mm.
