Tektronix fully acquires Sony/Tektronix joint venture

Tektronix Inc., a test, measurement, and monitoring company, has finalized the acquisition of Sony's interest in its Japanese joint venture, Sony/Tektronix. In effect, the new company would be called Tektronix Japan Ltd.
