JMC Products' Phoenix 70 CPU cooler is designed to cool Intel's Xeon 3GHz and various processors for servers as well as Pentium 4 processors found in desktops.

The 53-by-79mm all-aluminum device features a thermal resistance with thermal interface at 0.2900C/W. Its heatsink has a radial fin design based on the patented dual-pass airflow architecture permitting optimum airflow through the unit to cool the processor.

It is also equipped with a 70-by-25mm high-speed fan running at 5,500rpm and consumes 80W. The Phoenix 70 also has a customizable base plate allowing it to be mounted to standard microprocessor sockets, including Socket 478 and 603.
