The RGR6200 GPS radio receiver from Qualcomm Inc. is designed to interface with the company's MGP6200 multimode GPS processor and MSM6200 Mobile Station Modem chipsets, enabling simultaneous GPS operation with UMTS and GSM/GPRS systems.

Available in a 5-by-5mm 32-pin QFN package, the RGR6200 incorporates the company's radioOne ZIF architecture, which eliminates the need for IF components, including large IF SAW filters, and additional IF circuitry. On-chip peripherals include LNA, pre-LNA, mixer, VCO, channel select filtering, PLL circuit, and a serial bus interface.
