The AE-2388 CPU cooler features a fan that rotates at 3,000rpm and produces an airflow of 4.17cfm, making the device suitable for use in Intel's Celeron CPUs rated at >1.7GHz and AMD's 1.7GHz Duron and 2.2GHz Athlon XP processors.

The device features a "bonding" technology that allows a cooper chip at the bottom of the radiator to improve its conductive performance. It also features a Hall circuit that can reduce the current and protect the devices inner components.

The AE-2388 is rated at 12Vdc, 0.14A, requires a startup voltage of 7Vdc, and dissipates 1.68W. It produces a noise of 34dB and has a rated lifespan of at least 50,000 (25C) or at least 35,000h (40C).
