Yageo MLCC suits dc motor, data line apps

Designed for EMI filtering of dc motors and high-speed data line filtering applications, the X2Y series of multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) is available with capacitance values from 10pF to 1?F with ±10 percent or ±20 percent tolerance levels and voltage ratings from 10V to 100V.

They have a maximum dissipation factor <0.05, equivalent series inductance <50pH, minimum insulation resistance of 10 gigaohms, and are rated for operation over the -55°C to 125°C temperature range.

The capacitors are available with NP0 dielectric material with 0603 and 0805 casings, while another version features X7R dielectric with 0603, 0805, 1206, 1210, and 1812 casings.
