Sirenza push-pull amp eye CATV networks

The CGA-6618 HBT push-pull amplifier from Sirenza Microdevices operates at 5V, 150mA across the 50MHz to 860MHz frequency range and is suitable for CATV digital distribution boxes and as a line amplifier for CATV networks.

Manufactured using advanced InGaP semiconductor technology, the amplifier delivers a CSO of -81dB, CTB of -70dB, and a gain of 14dB at 500MHz. It also achieves P1dB of 21dBm, output IP2 of 73dBm, and output IP3 of 40dBm.
