SMK FPC connector suits portable apps

SMK's EC-03 0.3mm-spaced FPC connector features a 1.3mm profile when mounted and is suitable for use in portable devices such as PDAs, cellphones, and digital video cameras.

The connector features a ZIF construction with their contact arranged in a zigzag pattern. It is rated at 50V, 0.3A and can withstand up to 100Vac for 1min. Minimum insulation resistance is 100 megohms, while maximum contact resistance is 30 milliohms. It is screened for operation over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
