Color Kinetics signs OEM deal with Intermatic

Color Kinetics Inc. has signed an OEM agreement with Intermatic Inc. to integrate its patented Chromacore intelligent LED illumination technology in future Intermatic products. This agreement will enable Intermatic to effectively expand and differentiate its outdoor lighting lines with the ability to create colored light and color changing effects.

Bill Sims, president and COO of Color Kinetics, said, "This agreement will put Chromacore technology in front of millions of new consumers, adding to the larger strategic OEM and licensing mission of the company to team up with industry leaders to expand market bases and enable exciting and innovative applications for Chromacore."
