Zeevo Bluetooth SoC has 10.9-by-13.1mm footprint

The TC2001 Bluetooth SoC from Zeevo Inc. combines radio, link controller, audio, and CPU functionality in a 10.9-by-13.1mm, 65-ball package and is suitable integration into PCs, PDAs, printers, digital cameras, USB adaptors, and modems.

The 3V device incorporates all the features of the company's TC2000 but adds audio capability, Class 1 support, automatic crystal tuning, lower power consumption, and improved RF performance.

Implemented in a 0.18?m CMOS process, the SoC incorporates an ARM7TDMI CPU core, RF components and Flash memory, and requires only an antenna, crystal, reference resistor, and decoupling capacitor as external components.
