Peregrine Semiconductor Corp. has announced a family of RFICs that meet the requirements described by the MIL PRF 38535 class N specifications and are targeted for operation over the extended temperature range of -55C to 125C.

The portfolio includes nine PLL synthesizers, six RF pre-scalers, three RF switches, and a broadband mixer suitable for military and aerospace applications. All are claimed to exhibit improved linearity and isolation characteristics.

The PLL synthesizers are capable of frequencies up to 3GHz with low phase noise. The RF switches feature isolation >50dB and operating frequencies up to 5GHz. The broadband mixer is capable of IIP3 linearity >33dBm and can operate from 50MHz to 3GHz. Pricing starts at $14 per unit in volumes of one thousand.
