FastRamp expands test capabilities with Agilent system

FastRamp Test Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ST Assembly Test Services Ltd, has installed an Agilent Technologies Inc.'s 93000 SOC Series test system at its new test facility located in California, U.S.A. This deployment will enable FastRamp customers have greater access to Agilent's tester, which performs development, characterization and production tests on a variety of communication, wireless, and digital consumer devices.

This particular model of the Agilent 93000 is configured with four NP2500 cards, which enable tester performance of 2.5Gbps for computational and communications applications, including high-speed interconnects and network processors.
