ACD licenses MoSys SRAM memory technology

MoSys Inc. has licensed its 1T-SRAM embedded memory technology to Advanced Communication Devices Corp. (ACD), a wholly owned subsidiary of UTStarcom Inc. ACD will use MoSys' 1T-SRAM embedded memory to incorporate high performance, high density embedded memory blocks into its EtherLan broadband switch.
