PPT Vision, Ismeca ink OEM supply agreement

PPT Vision Inc. has entered into an OEM supply agreement with Ismeca Europe S.A., a global supplier of automation solutions targeted at the semiconductor back-end manufacturing process.

This agreement calls for PPT Vision to provide Ismeca with its patented SpeedScan 3D and Impact 2D machine vision solutions for use in Ismeca's new LTM series tray-to-tray and tray-to-tape scanning machines. The total value of this agreement is expected to exceed $2.5 million over the course of calendar years 2003 and 2004.
