Wanjia power relays fit industrial machines

The WJ178 series of power relays from Wenzhou Wanjia Electric Equipment Co. Ltd have a maximum switching power of 1.12kW and are suitable for industrial machines, electrical equipment, air conditioning units, and various other household appliances.

The devices measure 47-by-46-by-72mm, weigh 160g, and come in 1-Form-A, 1-Form-B, or 1-Form-C contact configuration. They have a coil voltage of 6Vdc to 220Vdc or 6Vac to 380Vac with a corresponding power of 3.5W or 5.5VA.

Insulation resistance is at least 1 gigaohm, while the silver alloy contacts exhibit a contact resistance <20 milliohms. The relays have an operate- and release time <15ms, and feature an initial breakdown voltage of 2kVac between coil and contact or 2.5Vac between open contacts.

The relays have a mechanical lifespan of at least 1 million operations and an electrical lifespan of at least 100,000 operations. They are screened for operation over the -40°C to 55°C temperature range.
