The DUB-53 blue LED from Edison Opto Corp. operates at a wavelength of 470nm and offers a viewing angle of up to 120°. Manufactured using InGaN technology, the 2.5-by-1.1-by-1mm device requires a maximum forward voltage of 4.25V and a current of 20mA to produce a maximum luminosity of 125mcd.
