The NJM2885 LDO voltage regulator from New Japan Radio Co. Ltd utilizes advanced bipolar technology to achieve low noise, high ripple rejection, and low quiescent current.

Suitable for DVD, fax machines, and automobile audio systems, the 5-pin TO-252 device exhibits a typical noise of 45?V and a ripple rejection of 75dB (1kHz). It has a typical dropout voltage of 0.1V (0.3A) and exhibits an output accuracy of 1 percent. Output current is up to 0.5A, while output voltage is between 2.1V to 5V.
