NJR quartz crystal oscillators operate up to 5.5V

New Japan Radio Co. Ltd has released a pair of quartz crystal oscillators that operate from a 2.7V to 5.5V source and are suitable for driving output loads of up to 50pF.

The NJU6360 exhibits a maximum oscillation frequency of 50MHz and packs in an oscillation amplifier, a three-stage divider, as well as a three-stage output buffer. Using NAND oscillation circuitry, the device is able to achieve low standby current. The oscillator is available with six output frequencies, depending on the frequency generated by the built-in divider.

The NJU6370 is a 3rd overtone quartz crystal oscillator that incorporates an oscillation amplifier and a three-stage output buffer. It exhibits low standby current and offers an oscillation frequency range from 30MHz to 75MHz.
